Your Project Manager is one of the most critical members of your Vulcan Industries account team. They serve as your primary customer service contact, your cross-functional liaison with all of our internal teams and your logistics coordinator.
Design
No matter your merchandising and marketing objectives, we design durable customized displays that effectively showcase your products. Our designers use the latest technological tools to create a conceptual presentation tailored to your product, retail environment, and consumer. Realistic 3-D color renderings allow you to clearly visualize your finished display from the start.
Product Development
Our engineers work closely with our designers, ensuring the seamless manufacturing of point-of-purchase displays that are both functional and visually appealing. Vulcan Industries’ engineering team creates a complete set of production drawings and fabricates a fully functional prototype for each display. We use only the most cost-effective materials and production methods to deliver high-quality merchandising solutions.
Project Management
When you partner with Vulcan Industries, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned to guide you through every phase of prototyping, production, and fulfillment. Your Project Manager ensures we adhere to all of your reporting and logistical requirements, while serving as your key contact to keep you informed throughout the duration of your project.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facilities - a 300,000-square-foot facility in Alabama and partner facilities in China and Mexico - enable us to meet the needs of our global customer base. We develop a tailored manufacturing process for each display, which applies lean manufacturing and 5S principles to ensure cost-efficiency. Our state-of-the-art production cells coupled with our domestic and international sourcing partnerships allow us to develop ideal solutions for your merchandising challenges.
Logistics
Vulcan Industries knows that completing your project goes beyond the manufacturing process. Our team has the infrastructure to handle all of your logistical support needs, including direct-to-store shipments, warehouse storage, shipping and freight negotiations, inventory management, and reporting. We ensure accurate tracking of inventory through barcoding and wireless scanning technology.
